St. Leo is seeking a sales and marketing intern to join its team in Copenhagen.
St. Leo is shaping a new design culture – elevating spaces through refined architectural materials and curated interior collections. Today, we are focused on strengthening our commercial presence within the professional design industry, while simultaneously building the foundations of a broader design universe and community.
We are looking for a sales and marketing intern who is commercially driven and strategically curious – someone energized by achieving short-term impact while contributing to long-term brand expansion. If you are motivated by performance, structure and intelligent design, you will thrive in this role.
Your responsibilities
Commercial growth and sales support:
- identifying and developing leads across architects, interior designers and design-focused retailers
- supporting outreach and structured follow-ups to drive stronger conversion and revenue
- structure and maintaining customer data, customer leads, including pipeline reporting and sales performance insights
Product and market insights:
- conducting benchmark analyses of competitors and product categories
- researching market gaps, pricing structures and positioning opportunities
- supporting product portfolio discussions and the evaluation of new business areas
Brand expansion and community engagement:
- contributing to strategies that grow St. Leo’s international presence and professional network
- participating in showroom activities and assisting with client presentations
- ensuring sales materials and communication align with our design identity and narrative and cared for. You will be an ambassador for that experience, and for the emotional and aesthetic impact of our materials
- the role includes regular travel to client meetings, exhibitions, and events across key European cities
Who you are:
- currently studying business, marketing, design management or a related field
- structured, proactive and analytical – comfortable working with data and tools
- naturally interested in design, architecture and contemporary spatial culture
- fluent in English (Danish or other languages are an advantage)
- confident taking initiative and delivering with responsibility
