Role overview
We are seeking an organised and proactive office manager to join our team at Radnor Studio. You will work closely the wider studio team to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the studio. This role involves coordinating deliveries, managing studio and office logistics, supporting meetings and events, and maintaining high operational standards across the studio. You will ensure all office activities run efficiently while upholding the studio’s operational and administrative excellence.

Contract type: permanent
Working days: full-time, Monday – Friday
Working hours: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
Location: Radnor Studio, 13 Radnor Walk, London, SW3 4BP
Experience required: minimum of two years’ experience in office management preferred

Key responsibilities
This role offers a varied and dynamic work environment. While the responsibilities listed below capture the core duties, the position may also involve supporting other areas of the business as opportunities arise. We are looking for someone adaptable, proactive, and eager to contribute to the team in a variety of ways.
Responsibilities include:
- acting as front of house and first point of contact, delivering an exceptional reception experience for visitors, clients and the wider team
- managing day-to-day office operations including post, couriers, meeting rooms, opening/closing procedures and office calendars
- overseeing facilities management, health and safety, compliance, contractors and building services to maintain high operational standards
- supporting IT and software administration, liaising with external providers and assisting with general technical troubleshooting
- coordinating office supplies, equipment procurement, subscriptions, petty cash and supplier invoice
- supporting onboarding and offboarding processes for team members
- assisting with studio meetings, internal events, training, travel arrangements and senior team support
- supporting sustainability and ESG initiatives across the studio
- contributing to ongoing improvements to office systems, processes and studio culture
Skills required:
- strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- proficiency with office software and basic IT tools
- high attention to detail and proactive problem-solving
- competence in coordinating deliveries, schedules, and administrative processes
- experience in or strong personal interest in interiors, architecture, antiques, and furniture design
Qualifications required
A qualification or equivalent experience in office management, Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
