Harrison Ince is seeking a middleweight interior designer to join its team in Manchester, UK.

We are looking for a middleweight interior designer to join our highly creative, dedicated, and fast-growing studio.

The ideal candidate will have five plus years’ experience in the UK, preferably within the Hospitality and Leisure sector, and be passionate about delivering thoughtful, high-quality design from concept through to completion.

Essential criteria:

  • a professional qualification (BSc Hons) from an accredited institution
  • a strong working knowledge of standard construction methods, materials, tools, and equipment
  • a solid background in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop and InDesign
  • proficiency in AutoCAD
  • ability to use 3DS Max, SketchUp, and V-Ray
  • experience running projects on site, from concept to completion; national travel will be required, with occasional overnight stays
  • full, clean driving licence required
  • strong design flair combined with technical expertise
  • competent in MS Office
  • ability to prepare and issue requests for quotations, liaise with suppliers and contractors, and coordinate direct procurement packages as part of the project delivery process
