WeWantMore is hiring a senior interior designer to join its team in Antwerp, Belgium.

The role

As a senior interior designer, you play a key role in pushing our work forward – challenging conventions and creating spaces that deliver greater meaning, value, and relevance for our clients and their guests.

You lead F&B, experiential, and hospitality design projects from idea to execution, combining strong conceptual thinking with refined spatial design and a collaborative mindset. Working closely with the creative director and multidisciplinary teams, you translate bold ideas into thoughtful, buildable spaces.

Requirements:

• you take ownership of projects from concept through detailed design development
• you develop strong creative concepts that respond to the client’s brief while pushing the project beyond expectations
• you design spatial layouts and interiors in all their detail
• you guide and mentor junior and mid-level designers
• you present projects to clients at all stages
• you create, review, and approve FF&E selections and schedules
• you keep in mind budget and timing expectations during the design phase
• you brief internal and external production partners
• you maintain concept and design control during site phases

About you 

You bring around eight years’ of experience in F&B, experiential, or hospitality interior design, consistently delivering meaningful, high-quality spatial work.

• you know your programs: Sketch-up (Enscape), Vectorworks/ Autocad, Adobe creative suite, etc.
• you know what it takes to render a project on a photorealistic level
• you understand that every design should fit within a budget
• you thrive in an international environment and are willing to travel across Europe and the Middle East
• you are fluent in English
