Part 3 architect – commercial and workplace team

Threefold Architects is seeking an experienced Part 3 architect to join its commercial and workplace team in London.

The role
We are looking for an experienced Architect to lead the design and delivery of
commercial workplace and retrofit schemes across London. The ideal candidate will bring strong design sensibility, robust technical knowledge, and demonstrable experience delivering high-quality commercial interiors.
A strong eye for interior architecture, excellent communication skills, and confidence working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams are essential. Candidates must also have a thorough understanding of UK Building Regulations and proficient working knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
Key requirements
Applicants must demonstrate:
- minimum five years’ post-Part 3 experience, including evidence of delivering
workplace interiors - strong interior design flair with a confident understanding of materiality
- excellent design skills and strong technical/construction detailing capability
- clear commitment to sustainable design principles
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- experience working with multi-disciplinary consultant teams across all RIBA Stages
- intermediate to advanced Revit proficiency
- thorough understanding of current UK Building Regulations
