We’re looking for a senior interior designer to join our hospitality team in Central London. You will lead high-profile projects from concept to completion, combining creativity, technical expertise, and a refined understanding of materials, finishes, and luxury interiors.
What you’ll do:
- lead and manage all project stages, including briefing, concept design, schematic design, design development, design documentation, and contract administration
- oversee all phases of design projects, from new builds to refurbishments, ensuring exceptional results
- develop designs and feasibility studies for hospitality, commercial and high-end residential
- manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines
- serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and sub-consultants, handling all correspondence throughout the project lifecycle
- demonstrate expertise in design creativity, space planning, materiality, FF&E, software tools, resource programming, and post-contract processes
- handle budget management, procurement processes, and resource planning effectively
- mentor junior designers and collaborate with senior colleagues and the wider design team
- report on project deliverables to design heads and manage timelines to ensure deadlines are met
- support business development by preparing creative presentations and attending client meetings to secure new projects
Who you are:
- degree-qualified in interior design, architecture, or equivalent, with eight plus years’ experience, ideally in luxury hospitality, high-end residential, and F&B
- a confident, creative designer with a strong eye for detail, materials, and quality, able to manage complex projects from concept to completion
- a collaborative leader and team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced, design-led studio environment
- highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders
- proficient in CAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office; DotStudio experience is a plus
- strong communicator with excellent presentation skills and fluent written and spoken English
