Luca Dini Design & Architecture is hiring a senior architect to join its team in Florence, Italy.

We are currently looking for a senior architect to join our architecture team and contribute to the development of large-scale, iconic projects in the residential, hospitality, mixed-use and nautical sectors.

Key responsibilities:

• lead and coordinate architectural projects and masterplans through all design phases
• manage and mentor project teams, ensuring quality and consistency
• interface with international private and public clients, consultants and stakeholders managing expectations and deadlines
• ensure alignment with the studio’s creative vision, standards and timelines

Requirements:

• master degree in architecture
• three plus years’ of experience in structured, international architecture practices
• excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
• autonomy and decision-making ability in project management
• creativity and an innovative approach to design
• precision and strong attention to detail
• ability to manage deadlines and priorities
• strong motivation and eagerness to actively contribute to the success of the studio
• proven experience on complex, large-scale projects
• autonomy in the modeling and design phases
• leadership mindset, strong organizational and communication skills
• fluent English
• immediate availability required
