Dilmos Milano is hiring a sales assistant to join its team in Milan.

Dilmos Milano, a historic Design gallery specializing in contemporary furniture and limited editions, is currently seeking a Sales Assistant for its gallery space located in Brera, Milan.

The selected candidate will play a key role within the gallery, contributing actively to commercial development and client relations while upholding the gallery’s identity and standards of excellence.

Key responsibilities:

• manage sales activities, including client reception, sales process, and after-sales service
• conduct and negotiate commercial transactions with private clients, architects, and collectors
• develop custom projects, ranging from individual design objects to complete interior concepts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in interior design, architecture, art history, or related disciplines
• minimum of two to three years’ of experience in sales, preferably within design galleries or furniture showrooms
• good working knowledge of softwares such as Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and at least one 3D modeling program.
• excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
• strong design and project development skills
• passion for design
• creative mindset
• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
