Park + Associates is seeking a project architect to join its Singapore studio.
About us
We are a design-led architecture studio based in Singapore, with an office in Bangkok, working across residential, hospitality and mixed-use projects in the region. Our work explores clarity in space, light and proportion, with an emphasis on thoughtful detailing and carefully considered living environments.
Role
The role requires a well-rounded architect capable of leading projects through multiple stages, from design development to delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with the leadership team while coordinating consultants and guiding junior team members to ensure design intent is carried through the project.
Responsibilities:
- lead projects through design development, authority submissions and construction documentation
- coordinate with consultants, contractors and clients
- oversee the production of architectural drawings and technical documentation
- manage project timelines and ensure delivery milestones are met
- support the translation of design concepts into buildable solutions
- guide and mentor junior team members
- assist in site coordination and review during construction
Requirements:
- minimum 5 years’ professional experience post–RIBA Part 2 (or equivalent)
- experience working across multiple project stages
- strong understanding of technical detailing and construction processes
- experience coordinating consultants and multidisciplinary teams
- proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite (or similar)
- strong organisational and communication skills
