Cousins & Cousins is recruiting a Part 2/3 architect to join its London-based practice.
Cousins & Cousins works across the residential, commercial, mixed-use, public art and cultural sectors. We are seeking a talented Part 2 or recently-qualified Part 3 architect to join our team. Applicants should have excellent technical, communication and organisational skills, and have a proven track record of working on residential and commercial projects ideally from inception to completion. Applicants should have at least two years’ post-Part II experience.
The successful applicant will have an eye for contemporary design, detail and interiors, be client facing, self-motivated and able to work independently.
Desired experience includes:
- experience working within the high-end residential and commercial sectors
- developing and producing tender and construction information for complex UK-based schemes
- developing, producing and submitting planning applications – experience working within London Boroughs is advantageous
- production of visualisations – an ability to use Rhino and VRay is advantageous
- working closely with consultants, contractors, specialists and suppliers
- experience of all RIBA workstages including site experience
- knowledge of Microstation & Revit
Availability for an immediate start would be ideal.
