Fernando Romero is hiring a project manager to join its team in Mexico City.

FR-EE is seeking an experienced project manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of complex architectural projects from concept through delivery. This role will serve as the operational backbone of project teams, ensuring schedules, budgets, deliverables, and client communications remain aligned across multiple projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • coordinate multidisciplinary teams across design, technical development, consultants, and clients
  • monitor project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and milestones
  • prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and action items
  • identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • support contract administration, scope management, and change orders
  • ensure effective communication across internal and external project teams

Requirements:

  • five plus years’ of experience managing architecture, design, construction, or multidisciplinary projects
  • strong organizational and leadership skills
  • experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • ability to work in fast-paced and highly collaborative environments
  • advanced English proficiency

Technical skills:

  • project management platforms (Monday.com, Asana, Notion, or similar)
  • Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • scheduling and reporting tools
  • familiarity with architectural project workflows and documentation
