Project architect

Arcade London Group is seeking a full-time project architect to join its growing team in London.

We are an architecture, construction and project management practice working on a range of private residential projects across London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious architect looking to join a growing practice with exciting long-term career prospects. We are seeking a qualified architect with at least five years’ experience delivering private residential projects in London. The successful candidate will have strong design and technical skills, confidence managing projects on site, and the ability to take ownership of projects while working closely with clients, consultants and contractors.

This is a hybrid role, combining remote working with regular site visits, client meetings and project coordination across London.

Key skills and experience:

  • ARB-registered architect (or equivalent)
  • minimum three years’ post-Part 3 professional experience
  • advanced Revit proficiency (essential), including BIM coordination and production of technical information
  • strong conceptual, design and communication skills
  • proven experience delivering projects from planning through technical design and construction
  • confident communicator with clients, consultants, contractors and specialist trades
  • strong site coordination and project management skills
  • good understanding of UK Building Regulations, planning and construction detailing
  • full UK driving licence
  • based in London with the right to work in the UK
  • fluent in spoken and written English
  • highly organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple projects across different stages
