Part-II architectural assistant
Icon Architects is looking for a Part-II architectural assistant to join its London office.
We are currently recruiting for a Part-II architectural assistant to join a RIBA chartered architectural practice in Parsons Green, south-west London. This is an exciting opportunity for a Part-II architectural assistant to join a fun and vibrant team whilst working on a variety of high-end residential projects
Requirements for this Part-II architectural assistant role:
- UK experience of working as a Part-II architectural assistant
- have excellent written and communication skills
- have experience of working on residential projects is beneficial
- experience of producing working drawings
- have the ability to work independently as well as within a team
- a good working knowledge of Building Regulations
- knowledge of AutoCAD is advantageous
- liaising with consultants and the wider team to ensure design work is fully coordinated
