Experienced project architect/Part-II assistant
Richard Markland Architects is seeking an experienced project architect/Part-II assistant to join its growing team in east London.
We are undertaking a number of projects including a £7.5m house for a contemporary art collector. We have projects at all stages of development so the successful candidate can expect to be working on initial concepts, detailed planning applications through to construction.
Skills and experience:
- strong design sensibility
- proficiency in 2D and 3D Microstation and Adobe Creative Suite
- must have excellent communication skills with good spoken and written English
Candidates must be eager to progress their career. As a growing practice, there will be opportunities to take on increasing amounts responsibility, so candidates must be confident in their ability to do so.
Applicants must hold all relevant permits to work in the UK. Salary will be dependent on experience.
