Architect/experienced Part 2

Haworth Tompkins is seeking an architect/experienced Part 2 to join its practice in London.
Award-winning architectural practice Haworth Tompkins, based in Kentish Town, are currently looking for an architect or experienced Part 2 with strong design, detailing and communication skills, to work on a range of medium to large scale projects in the housing and mixed-use sectors.
Attributes:
- have worked on design-led projects in the UK
- experience working on medium to large scale projects at all RIBA work stages
- good understanding of construction and be able to prepare detailed working drawings and designs
- be confident managing others independently
- familiar with UK building and planning regulations, as well as other UK design standards
- ability to lead a team of design consultants and be confident coordinating complex projects
- ability to prepare building specifications
As well as the above, successful candidates would preferably also meet the following criteria:
- be comfortable chairing design team meetings
- must be proficient using Bentley Microstation and Revit
- three years’ post-Part 2 experience
- awareness and appreciation of design and urban issues and the ability to discuss these and share your opinions
