Benjamin West is seeking a project coordinator to join its firm in London.
Benjamin West is the leading FF&E (furniture and equipment) procurement company, located in Shoreditch, immediately next to Old Street tube. We furnish hotels, restaurants, sports stadia, cruise ships and both individual homes and multiple private residential developments. We work right across Europe and beyond, currently having more than £65m of product to purchase based on contracted projects, working with some of the world’s leading interior designers and clients.
Ours is a young team of 20 (plus the office dog, Stella) and growing due to our unique skill-set and transparent purchasing model.
We’re looking for two additional people to play their parts in managing some of the most interesting, challenging and diverse projects in our industry. More than anything, we look for staff with a positive attitude and accuracy in their day-to-day work.
We are not searching for designers, since this isn’t our role. We want friendly, bold people that can corral the various parties on each of our projects (clients, project managers, designers, hotel operators and more) and accurately control the procurement process. Every member of our team receives full training, though previous exposure to the world of interior products would be an advantage. Our team’s background is diverse, so don’t be shy if you want to apply and be involved in the furnishing of these wonderful projects.
Salary is dependent on experience.
