Small lively design-led architectural practice looking for a keen, creative and accurate Part 2. We have an exciting range of new projects including a new community centre (a recently won design competition), a paragraph 55 house, new residential work and residential and church restoration and refurbishment.
The successful applicant will, under supervision, take responsibility for production of working drawings and schedules for tender and construction. Great opportunities for those wanting to gain experience for Part 3. Salary will be commensurate with experience and is expected to be in the region of £24,000-£27,500 per annum.
We are looking for somebody who:
- is accurate and pays attention to detail and consistency
- can work independently and take on a high level of responsibility
- works diligently and carefully
- is fluent in Vectorworks, MS word, Excel and preferably Rhino
- has basic knowledge of UK construction methods and building regulations
