Business development assistant
DyerGrimes Architecture is looking for an business development assistant to join its London team.
DyerGrimes Architecture are a leading high-end residential architectural and interiors design practice in south west London, who have achieved the Sunday Times Best Family Home award two years running and have moved into brand new offices overlooking the river at Wandsworth. We have recently won some fantastic new commissions and are looking to grow our team with a number of different positions.
Working with the managing director to win new business, the successful candidate must have high levels of drive and attention to detail, have excellent oral and written English and communication skills and ideally have a keen interest in architectural and interior design.
Responsibilities:
- working with global clients
- answering and responding to inbound enquiries
- qualifying new clients and projects
- booking and arranging sales meetings and conference calls
- generate new business across a variety of market sectors
- produce fee proposals
- meeting client at our offices
Requirements:
- experience in active sales or client support role, ideally within a creative environment
- confidence in working directly with a client on the phone
- be polite and professional
- be able to work independently and use initiative
- positive, enthusiastic attitude towards sales, marketing, PR and the promotion of the company
- must be fully conversant with all Microsoft office packages
