Showroom project coordinator

Amode is looking for a showroom project coordinator to become part of its team in London.
Amode is a modern high-end furniture company, based in the Hammersmith/Chiswick area of west London. We create beautiful, bespoke contemporary furniture for some of the top interior designers and architecture firms in the UK, and exhibit at Decorex International.
We are looking for a showroom project administrator to join us in our west London showroom and office.
As the showroom project administrator you will be the key link in coordinating client projects by working closely with the sales team preparing quotations, responding to client enquiries and requests, processing sales orders, placing purchase orders with production, arranging client deliveries, providing aftersales support, managing bespoke furniture requests and providing administrative support to the sales team.
Main duties:
- creating, revising and updating samples requests and quotations for clients, as specified by account managers
- working with sales and production teams on bespoke furniture requests
- processing client payments, sales orders and preparing orders to be put into production
- sending and checking purchase orders
- arranging client deliveries and offering aftersales support
- preparing powerpoint furniture presentations for account managers
- analysing technical drawings and specifications
- amassing a thorough understanding of the Amode product collections, bespoke offering, technical data and services so that accurate information can be relayed to clients
- provide ad hoc administrative support for account managers
- prepare weekly sales reports and update CRM software daily for review by account managers
Requirements:
- previous administrative experience in a similar role
- a degree in furniture, design, interiors/architecture or textiles is a plus
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- positive, friendly with a can-do attitude
- service-orientated and willing to go the extra mile for your clients and colleagues
- excellent administration and organisational skills – quick, efficient and accurate
- strong MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and CRM software experience
- experience with Adobe software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus
- able to manage multiple priorities and tasks
Hours: 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday
