The position
Mork-Ulnes Architects is seeking a full-time and highly-motivated junior designer to join our San Francisco office. The candidate will be involved in design, research, drafting, 3D modeling, model-making, design presentations, preparation of reports, construction observation, marketing, business development, and other general office tasks.
Qualifications:
- bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture
- one-three years of experience in an architecture firm
- motivation to continually strive for design excellence
- positive attitude
- great collaborator
- excellent communication skills
- good project management skills
- strong organization skills and the ability to manage one’s own time
- experience working on all phases of an architectural project
- comprehensive understanding of building codes and entitlements process
- passion for details
- strength in graphic/visual representation
- strong drafting, 3D modeling, and presentation skills
- willingness to take on new challenges and learn
