Admin/office assistant

Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners is looking for an admin/office assistant to join its London-based firm.
Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners (RSHP) is an award-winning international architectural practice headquartered in the City of London. We work across multiple sectors on a variety of exciting projects ranging from small, innovative housing developments through to very large-scale international infrastructure projects.
RSHP is looking for a part-time admin assistant with excellent Excel skills. The ideal candidate will provide support and assist the document control department in the logging of incoming and outgoing information as well as printing and binding of documentation.
Responsibilities include:
- downloading of incoming project information
- assist in the uploading of design drawings, documents and commented drawings
- logging of outgoing information in relevant areas ie. drawing issue sheets and Newforma
- assisting with binding, scanning and printing and trimming requests
- document and revision control
- following pre-established workflows and document review cycles
- filing and maintaining filing and naming standards
- document archiving and retention
- assist in maintaining the print room
Skills and qualities:
- happy to help where required in the team – adaptable and flexible
- ability to manage your time effectively
- high level of attention to detail
- Microsoft Excel essential knowledge of extranet sites useful but training will be given
