Senior architectural technician – BIM manager
Saunders Architecture is recruiting an experienced senior architectural technician – BIM manager to join its team in London or Bergen.
An independent position with key responsibilities as follows:
- generate construction documents based on the studio’s approved design and conceptual idea
- direct and independent correspondence towards entrepreneurs and/or construction site managers
- represent the studio in construction meetings as well as on construction sites
Requirements:
- education: master of architecture or technical drawing
- detailed knowledge of ArchiCAD
- experience with BIM-modelling
- at least five years of experience from the AEC sector
- strong knowledge of construction legislation and statutory regulations
- experience from project management would be an advantage
The successful applicant is:
