Part 3 architect

An architecture studio based in Oxford has an opportunity for an experienced Part 3 architect to join its office.
The firm is a friendly, growing practice with a passion for beautiful, contemporary design and sustainable building.
The practice is currently looking for a Part 3 with experience working on design-led, one-off houses, refurbishments and extensions. Great detailing and design skills are required, as well as experience working on Stage 4.
An interest and knowledge of green technologies is also key. The right candidate will have the opportunity to run projects, mostly in Oxford and the surrounding area.
Essential skills or experience:
- AutoCAD
- preparing and submitting planning applications
- tender packages
- knowledge of building regulations
- good detailing skills
- experience of assisting with the running of domestic projects
Desirable skills or experience:
- SketchUp
- InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- experience of running of domestic projects
- experience with listed buildings
- experience with green technologies
- modelmaking
