Formation Architects is looking for a senior architect to join its team in London.
Position: F133- senior architect
Formation Architects seeks a senior architect with a proven track record in new – build and refurbishment to join our high- end design team.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following skills and levels of experience:
- minimum of seven years’ experience post-RIBA Part 3
- excellent designer in the high – end residential sector
- refurbishment experience essential
- heritage experience a bonus
- new build experience required
- strong technical knowledge at detailing stage
- good working knowledge of UK building regulations
- the candidate will have proven practical experience in delivering residential work in the UK
- excellent graphic and computer skills
