Part 2/3 project leader

Threefold is hiring a Part 2 or Part 3 project leader to join its office in London.
Threefold is an award-winning design-led studio dedicated to the creation of transformative architecture across housing, modern workspaces and rural landscapes.
We are currently seeking an experienced Part 2/3 to join our busy and dynamic studio and to lead on a range of projects including the design and delivery of a number of new build housing schemes and innovative work space projects in London.
We are looking for a motivated and collaborative candidate who relishes the opportunity to work as part of a team, independently and contribute positively to the studio.
Applicants should have a minimum two years’ post-Part 2 qualification experience in the UK and should meet the following criteria:
- excellent design, technical and visualisation skills
- understanding of UK building regulations
- good communication and writing skills
- confident in dealing with clients, design teams and contractors
- evidence of producing technical design information for tender and construction
- have experience across all RIBA work stages
