Studio/operations manager
at Brody Associates
Brody Associates is currently looking for a new studio/operations manger to join its office in London.
The successful candidate should have:
- five years+ experience of running a small/medium sized studio
- front of house experience
- excellent communication skills (fluent in English with foreign languages as an advantage)
- highly experienced, proactive, goal driven and ability to manage multiple tasks at one time
- experience of HR and building/developing internal teams and freelance resources
- IT and infrastructure experience (working with external suppliers and contractors)
- time management and detailed workflow planning to meet deadlines
- bookkeeping and management accounting experience (dovetailing with studio accountant)
- Mac and PC MS/Office package literate and developed skills on Adobe Creative Suite (an advantage)
