Atum Design Lab is hiring a Part 2/3 architect to join its studio in London.
Atum Design Lab is a young, creative design studio based in Moorgate, EC2A, and is looking for a talented and well-rounded Part 2/3 architect to join its growing team. Successful applicants would be versatile, familiar with UK regulations, be able to demonstrate critical and analytical thinking.
The right applicant will be working closely with developer and clients to develop briefs and planning documentation and will have excellent graphic and technical skills. They must also be able to communicate ideas and concepts fluently.
The position requires:
- a high level of design competency
- good technical knowledge and experience of detailing
- good understanding of UK planning and building regulations
- experience of running projects and liaising with the wider design team
- experience using Autodesk products essential
- excellent knowledge of 3D modelling in Rhino
- good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- strong presentation ability
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
Candidates shall hold all relevant permits to work in the UK and have a minimum of two years’ post-Part 2 experience.
Ability to start immediately preferred; please state the earliest start date otherwise.
