Zaha Hadid Architects is seeking a senior bid coordinator to join its team in London.
We are looking for a senior bid coordinator to join our London based acquisitions team. In this role, you will principally manage and produce prequalification-stage submissions, typically involving the coordination of international teams of sub-consultants, and often submitting in unfamiliar languages. You will also support the production of larger submissions, including tender-stage and design submissions.
As our ideal candidate, you will have a minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role, ideally gained in architecture, engineering or construction.
We are looking for someone with:
- the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- excellent time management skills
- good working knowledge of the procurement process and typical bid-stage requirements such as EOI, PQQ, ITT and design submissions
- the ability to produce concise, high-quality written content
- experience of processing new project opportunities for evaluation
- confidence in dealing with consultant organisations and competition organisers
- flexibility and adept at embracing change
- a collaborative and problem-solving mindset
