Design 2 Finish is seeking a project architect to join its team in London.
About the role
As an experienced project architect with Design 2 Finish, you will meet the highest expectations of our clients alongside our company standards. You will have successfully completed various residential projects at medium to large scale and have experience across diverse design briefs.
About you
You will be a team player, a strong communicator with extensive working experience at every stage of the design process on complex projects of varying scale and location. You will demonstrate the highest standards, upon the most challenging projects. You will bring an extraordinary skill set, and help drive projects forward in a close working relationship with the company directors, the clients and the wider team.
Your core skills:
- experience of medium/large scale residential projects
- site experience essential in design and delivery, from concept to detail, to construction
- comprehensive knowledge of residential regulations and building procurement
- strong technical design skills
- successful project management experience
- effective communication skills
- a hands-on approach and ability to use initiative
- proficient with industry standard software e.g. AutoCAD, SketchUp etc.
- strong experience with monthly billing and project valuations
