Warr + Webb is seeking an experienced Part 2 assistant/Part 3 architect to join its team in London.

Warr + Webb has an opportunity for an experienced Part 2 architectural assistant or recently qualified architect to join its team in London and play a pivotal role in the company’s growth.

We’re looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and talented architect to take the lead on a number of projects and work alongside a team on others.

Experience in high-end residential and commercial would be advantageous.

Warr + Webb is a RIBA-chartered practice based in the canal-side Great Western Studios in West London. Warr + Webb is a multi-disciplinary company, including construction, to deliver elegant and aspirational projects to exceed our Clients’ briefs.

You will:

  • develop and manage the conceptual and detailed design of our projects
  • produce drawings and 3D visualisations to capture and communicate the design intent
  • participate in regular design workshops with clients
  • undertake the production of information for tender purposes
  • source and specify furniture and finishes
  • work alongside suppliers, fabricators and manufacturers to procure specialist items
  • work closely with other consultants to coordinate pre-construction information
  • ability to work quickly and efficiently, and to multi-task
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to develop a rapport with clients and consultants
  • contribute to the promotion and profile of the company through attending industry events and active network building
  • proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office is required.
  • Revit, Rhino and V-Ray skills are an advantage
  • excellent command of English, both written and spoken is required
  • Employment type – Fixed term contract, regularly reviewed, with a view to extending.
