Your mission

Working for the co-founder and chief creative officer, being an integral part of realizing the COSI brand. Maximize the functionality of our spaces with colors and textures that creates an authentic interior design which makes our guests “sink in” and instantly feel at home.

As part of the role, you will work with both refurbishments and development projects:

  • take responsibility for the interior and architectural design; implementing our brand standards and design directions
  • working alongside a project manager
  • prepare design intent for tender incl. scope of works, marked up plans, design concept and electrical drawings
  • detailed design including optimize floor plans, FF&E, OS&E, elevations, joinery and electrical drawings
  • coordinate design RFI
  • attend site visits, communicate feedback, prepare for installation and styling
  • responsible for snagging and final walkthroughs

Develop and scale processes:

  • implement standard drawings in BIM technology tools
  • set and manage FF&E and OS&E budgets
  • produce sketches and drawings of FF&E for direct manufacturing
  • sourcing of finishes and materials
  • maintaining an awareness of current design trends and influences

Your profile:

  • bachelors and/or masters degree in architecture and/or interior design
  • minimum four years’ experience, on-site from development and refurbishment projects
  • experience and knowledge of suppliers throughout Europe
  • well-developed technical and creative skills, thinking outside conventional solutions
  • high attention to detail
  • strong 2D and 3D knowledge in professional CAD programs and BIM
  • good knowledge of Adobe professional and Microsoft Office Word and Excel
  • fluent in English, professional German, with knowledge of Italian, French or Spanish is a plus
