Urbanist Architecture is seeking a project architect to join its team in London.

Location: Greenwich, London SE8
Urbanist Architecture is looking for an enthusiastic client-facing project architect RIBA with a proven track record of coordinating design processes for small to medium scale residential refurbishments and new build developments through RIBA Stages 0-5.
You need to be a chartered member of the RIBA and a proficient BIM (ArchiCAD or Revit) user with very strong design skills. You need to demonstrate experience of town planning system, building regulations, specification writing, procurement processes, CDM, and sustainable construction methods and detailing.
Because the role involves taking the lead on specific projects, managing a small team of architectural assistants, collaborating with our in-house planning consultants, liaising with built environment professionals and co-ordinating directly with the clients, we are looking for an excellent communicator who is confident with strong initiative to work independently and has effective leadership skills.
