Sales coordinator

Aura is looking for a sales coordinator to join its office in London.
Aura is looking for an experienced sales support specialist who will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks of our sales department.
Responsibilities include, but is not limited to:
- sales order processing and sales administration
- supporting the sales team in liaising with our trade customers and suppliers, processing and assisting with quote creation as well as other
- supporting and administrative activities
- quoting new prospects and existing customers
- contact for designers and maintaining existing client relationships
- ecommerce sales; managing sales and inventory when necessary
Skills/experience:
- customer service
- liaising with our warehouse to arrange freight shipments to customers/agents
- proficient using Auto CAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, IOS software
- FF&E interior and architecture knowledge
- showroom experience
What we’re looking for
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate strong organisational and problem-solving skills, highly organised and be able to multi- task.
A minimum of two years’ experience in a sales, sales administration or customer service role is essential.
Experience using Zoho/Hubspot CRM, knowledge of Xero accounting.
Must be eligible to work in the UK/EU and speak fluent english.
The salary will depend on your skills and experience.
