Architectural technician/technologist or technical architect
at Palladian London
Palladian London is seeking an architectural technician/technologist or technical architect to become part of its small full-time team in its new self-designed studio in south-west London.

Role and responsibilities:
- preparing and presenting technical 2D design solutions using AutoCAD and traditional methods
- work predominantly across RIBA stages 4-7
- assist generally with site coordination, liaising with consultants and contractors as required
- full project-running responsibilities
- managing and mentoring small project teams
- working on high-end residential projects in London, ranging from £1 – £10 million contract value
Required skills and experience:
- qualified as an architectural technician, technologist or technical architect
- technically minded and passionate
- experience working on one-off high-end properties
- strong technical knowledge with the ability to produce detailed drawings
- impeccable written and verbal English
- experience in leading and project running high-end residential projects from RIBA stages 4 – 7
- a high level of proficiency in AutoCAD
- skills in SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite packages advantageous
- a passion for bespoke design solutions
- friendly, enthusiastic, articulate, and self-motivated attitude
- good presentation and graphic communication
- excellent attention to detail
The ideal candidate will possess technical competence with the ability to produce drawings and presentations to the highest standard. The candidate will have the confidence to work autonomously, and as part of a team. Palladian London requires someone that shows initiative and the highest level of professionalism.
