Innes Associates is seeking a Part 2 architectural assistant to join its team in London.
Innes Associates is a lively studio with a friendly and creative team and a growing reputation. We are looking for a talented Part 2 architectural assistant to join our project teams and help shape our future. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work on a number of exciting projects across all RIBA stages and take the next steps in their career.
Our work in education, housing, and public buildings are varied and rewarding, and we are committed to pursuing good, sustainable design. We have several projects starting on-site as well as others for which concepts are to be developed. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate skills in drawing, can-do attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
The position requires:
- proficiency in AutoCAD is essential and Revit an advantage
- high level of design competency
- good understanding and familiarity with UK planning and building regulations
- excellent spoken and written English
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
Enthusiasm for design is part of our ethos. You must feel confident liaising with clients, consultants and managing deadlines.
Salary will reflect skills and experience.
