Senior design manager – concept

Naga Architects is seeking a senior design concept manager to join its team in Dubai.
Job role:
- capable of providing leadership and motivation to a design team
- lead a concept driven approach to design and architecture that benchmarks the industry standards designs projects and/or review architectural or engineering plans, specifications and contract documents to ensure compliance with government codes, laws and regulations
- advises subcontractors on the interpretation of plans, recommends changes when necessary
- works with customers and clients to gather facts, defines design and space planning problems, conceptualise possible solutions and secure approvals of proposals
Job requirements:
- min. bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture/or equivalent
- min 10-15 years’ experience
- excellent presentation abilities
- managerial skills with min. five years
- sbility to provide critical design review to design teams, communicating design ideas and direction
- strong leadership, organisation, communication and relationship management skills
- skilled in working with the related software as Revit, Lumion, Sketch- up, Photoshop, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and 3Ds Max
