Candidates need to have:
- excellent design and presentation skills
- ARB-registered
- sound knowledge of the UK planning system and building regulations
- a keen eye for detail
- strong communication skills, both verbal and written with a fluency in English
- experience of a client facing role
- applicants must have the right to work and live in the UK
