Luke Halls Studio is looking for an experienced producer to join the team for a six-month contract in London.
Luke Halls Studio is an award winning, multidisciplinary studio working within projection and video design for live performance. Designing video for over a decade across theatre, opera, music, fashion, TV and art.
The role of producer is a pivotal role in this small studio, which includes working directly with Luke Halls and associates across a diverse range of projects. We are looking for someone client facing, to oversee all elements of production from tender to completion, working with the permanent team as well as a pool of freelance creatives. The candidate would have an excellent understanding of video production and ideally experience in live video production: television, music etc. It is important to note that this role will include travel to meetings/shoots and projects often include a rehearsal period where the Producer will be expected to travel (often abroad) and work onsite.
This is a full time position on a six-month fixed-term contract.
Location: Bermondsey, London (flexibility with remote working)

Project management:
- budgeting, quoting, invoicing
- managing contracts
- scheduling: internal and client delivery
- booking and managing freelancers
- shoot production and attendance
- preparing call sheets and risk assessments
- media management onsite
- managing feedback between client, creative lead and team
Finance management:
- forecasting and managing project spend
- managing project by project cash flow
- chasing client payments
Onsite:
- oversee travel arrangements and visas
- manage team travel onsite
- organise hardware delivery
- deliver daily updates to programming
- QC all delivery files and manage versioning
- manage client expectations and attend meetings
