Millier is seeking an architect to join its team in London.
Millier, an international interior architecture and design studio, is looking for a self-motivated architect to join its small yet busy team in Marylebone, London. This is a very exciting opportunity for someone to grow and support in our rapidly expanding team.
Skills and attributes:
- relevant qualification in architecture or interior architecture, with a minimum of two years’ experience in practice
- confident and articulate; excellent written and oral English
- a professional and collaborative approach, building relationships with project consultants, suppliers and contractors
- organised and efficient, results focused and deadline driven
- self-motivated and creative designer with a good eye and attention to detail
- a good understanding of statutory regulation and code requirements applicable to residential developments
- enjoys working in a busy environment and being part of a team
- able to take individual responsibility for design packages
- able to priorities challenging deadlines and work independently on own initiative, whilst also able to take instruction
- knowledge of products and materials, suppliers and design trends in the luxury residential sector
- experience in delivery of concept and tender production stages
- experience of multi-unit residential developments is desirable
- proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, 3D software packages, Word, Excel
- good interpersonal skills, friendly and positive
- available immediately
- eligible to work in the UK
Salary will be determined by a candidate’s individual experience.
