Reform is seeking a sales manager to join its team in Cologne or Frankfurt, Germany.

We are Reform, an internationally acclaimed kitchen company. We work across architecture, design and interior with the aim of offering bold, accessible and adaptable kitchens.

You can find our showrooms in New York, Santa Monica, Copenhagen, Aarhus, Cologne, Hamburg, Munich, Berlin and soon also in Frankfurt. And we are looking for you to support our team Sales!

As sales manager you will work closely with our customers to bring Reform’s aesthetic into their kitchen.

Your role:

• as our sales manager, you are helping our customers with planning their dream kitchens
• you are consulting our customers online or via phone
• you are planning kitchens in our 3D-tool
• together with your team you ensure that our customers are well looked after

Requirements:

• native or business-level German and English is a must
• a professional background in design, architecture, logistics, business or communication sciences is a plus
• you have a passion for good design and architecture
• strong communication skills
• you are a people person: empathetic, polite and proactive
• you are highly customer- and service-oriented
• you are self-organized, reliable and have a good eye for details
