Lipton Plant Architects is looking for an associate/senior architect to join its team in London.
Duration: one year – maternity cover

We are looking for a talented associate/senior architect to join our expanding studio to cover maternity leave. The successful candidate will be working across architectural sectors supporting the project teams on the development of the design, from concept through to construction, ensuring the design, technical and compliance success of our projects.
Requirements:
- exceptionally creative, ambitious and motivated
- ARB registered with five years relevant post-Part 3 UK experience
- must have strong design skills and project experience
- must have excellent detailed design and technical skills, experience in tender and construction package production, knowledge of construction methods, be familiar with UK construction regulations and code requirements
- good contract administration skills and experience of running projects with a high degree of complexity across all RIBA work stages whilst overseeing a team of architects and assistants
- experience with NBS chorus specification, project programs, fee proposals and resource management
- strong professional written and verbal communication skills and an ability to liaise with clients, stakeholders and contractors
- a confident leader with the ambition to inspire success in others, a source of inspiration and support to drive company success and further growth
Preferable, but not essential: Revit skills and experience working with BIM
