Hutchison Kivotos Architects is hiring an architect to join its studio in London.
An opportunity has arisen to join our busy studio near London Bridge as the practice expands due to an increase in workload.
We are a creative studio working predominantly in the commercial and workplace sector and are looking for a talented, design focussed and enthusiastic Part 2 architectural assistant, or recently qualified architect, to join our team.
We offer a sociable and supportive working environment and a competitive salary. We currently have in place a hybrid working model, with some remote and some studio based work.
Key responsibilities:
- assist on a significant commercial workplace refurbishment scheme working as part of an established project team
- assist with drawing packages and production of presentation documentation
Skills and experience
- two to three years’ post-Part 2 experience or one year post Part 3.
- previous experience of working in the commercial sector would be desirable
- attention to detail with excellent standards of presentation, including modelling, rendering and a full working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suit
- Excellent command of CAD and drawing standards – we work on Vectorworks, and training can be provided to the right candidate
