Part 2/3 architectural assistant

Kiani Architects is looking for a Part 2/3 architectural assistant to join its studio in London.
We are a small team of architects and designers working on exciting high-grade commercial and mixed-use developments in London. We are seeking additional team members to help develop projects from concept to planning to construction.

What we are looking for:
- have a constructive attitude and drive to make positive change
- strong design, technical, graphic abilities. Good 3D digital modelling ability
- excellent understanding of UK Planning and Building Regulations
- the ability to work as part of a team
- strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- must be fully versed in AutoCAD. Revit and 3DS Max a plus but not essential
- proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, OneNote)
- have a good understanding of construction methods and UK building regulations
