Ridge and Partners is seeking highly skilled architectural staff to join its team in Oxford, UK.
Role: senior architect, senior technologist, architect, Part 2 and urban designer
Location: Oxford

We are currently working on several exciting projects including a new campus and headquarters for a Formula 1 team, public sector projects, new buildings for advanced manufacturing and R&D buildings, a UK first Gigaplant, education, healthcare, and workplace projects which results in a richly diverse portfolio and a growing multidisciplinary integrated design practice. Our architectural teams our delivering master planning projects across a range of sectors. As part of our approach to design, we ensure sustainability strategies underpin all our projects through our multi-disciplinary technical expertise.
From our Oxford office, we deliver projects across the UK and overseas.
As the demand for our expertise continues to grow, we now have an exciting opportunity for a range of positions to join our 60-person AJ100 architecture team.
Experience and skills required:
- leadership skills; a strong team player capable of leading multidisciplinary design teams
- excellent design and technical skills
- proactive communicator, able to express ideas effectively, orally, graphically and in writing
- creative and practical, passionate about integrated design
- commitment to sustainable design and UK best practice
