Yoko Kloeden Design is seeking a junior interior designer to join its team in London.
We are looking for a junior interior designer to work on our projects from full design development, FF&E procurement and administration, and seeing the projects through to completion. The candidate must have at least two year’s experience working in high-end residential projects in London with a proven track-record of designing and specifying FF&Es and driving the projects to be delivered on time, working to a budget.

Yoko Kloeden Design is a rapidly growing interior design studio based in St Margarets, London. We are dedicated to creating restful, evocative homes inspired by a deep reverence for nature. Our clients are mainly corporate executives and business owners working in or relocating to London.
We are a small team of four and aspire to be a leading design studio blurring the indoor/outdoor boundary.

Job description:
- work with creative director and senior interior designer to deliver projects from concept to completion on time and budget and to the highest standard
- source and specify hard finishes and FF&E in line with brief and budget
- produce accurate technical drawings and FF&E design to form a design package
- produce client presentations and assist presenting them
- check that thorough administrative records are being maintained
- issue and keep track of FF&E orders and deliveries as required
- liaise with suppliers, contractors and trades to ensure that building stages are being executed as per the design package

Skills required:
- relevant interior design or interior architecture qualification
- proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
- proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- excellent time management a must
Education and experience:
- two plus years’ experience working in UK high-end residential projects a must
- proven track record of creating FF&E schemes and managing procurement
- confidence presenting at client meetings
- experience of producing design packages, schedules and specifications for high-end residential projects
