Grimshaw is seeking a project coordinator to join its team in London.

Job description

Grimshaw has an exciting opportunity for a project coordinator to join its London studio, based in Clerkenwell. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting one of our large rail project teams to ensure that the project meets quality standards and is completed on time and within budget.

Essential requirements:

  • experience in basic project management
  • high level of proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team
  • strong attention to detail and excellent organisational and filing skills
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills

The following experience would also be advantageous:

  • experience working on large-scale/complex projects
  • finance administration and cost control experience
  • experience managing project schedules and reporting on progress
