Architect/interior designer

Landmass London is looking for an architect with interior design experience to join its team in London.
The position will start as freelance with the potential of becoming permanent.
At Landmass, we specialise in high-end residential projects with a full range of services covering all aspects of the project – from design concepts until a full execution.
We are presently looking for an architect with interior design experience to work closely with the team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about both architectural and interior design, have minimum of three to four years of experience in the industry working in high-end residential interiors.
Skills required:
- ability to develop concepts and ideas to a client brief
- ability to prepare fee proposals
- excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- experience in high-end architectural/interior design, including FF&E
- experience in planning permissions
- experience in the project execution on site, communication/coordination with builders
- experience in sourcing and specifying products
- highly organised with great attention to detail and possess strong record keeping skills
- excellent time management
- ability to work under pressure and as part of a close-knit team;
- excellent English both spoken and written
- excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign
Please note that we will only consider candidates with a UK working permit.
Salary depending on experience.
