Design Interiors is seeking an experienced kitchen designer to join its team based across two showrooms in Hove & Haywards Heath, UK.
We are an independent company that is well established across Sussex and has been operating for over 25 years. Designing award winning kitchens, we manufacture premium high end Traditional kitchens in the UK and are a dealer for a leading German kitchen company for contemporary designs.
We work on both residential and commercial projects, designing, supplying and installing not only kitchens, but other fixed furniture such as, wardrobes, TV units & home offices. We work closely with local architects and building firms but also have our own in-house building team available to reshape and/or extend project spaces.
We are currently looking for a bright, creative, enthusiastic, and conscientious designer to engage with clients from initial enquiry through to project completion.
This role requires an experienced and credible designer who, can greet new clients with confidence, understand the clients’ needs & style, & present designs, quotations and solutions.
To apply for this role, you will need the following experience and qualifications:
- a degree in product design, architecture, interior design or similar interiors related course
- two years’ experience working for a mid to high-end kitchen company
- computer software Winner, 2020 Fusion or similar kitchen design software
- driving licence is not essential but desirable
The successful candidate will need to be able to prepare professional emails, drawings and proposals, so a good command of English will be required.
This role is a full time permanent role that includes some Saturdays.
Remuneration package:
- basic salary (based on experience)
- commission package
- 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
