Marketing and bid coordinator

Brock Carmichael Architects is seeking a marketing and bid coordinator to join its team in Liverpool, UK.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm
Salary: DOE
Job purpose: to support the partners and project teams with anything related to marketing and bids with the aim of increasing Brock Carmichael’s brand awareness as a north west leading architecture firm.
Main responsibilities
Marketing:
- manage the social media platform (tracking reach, content creation and delivery)
- management of the website (updates of pages, creation of new pages, content creation, and news items etc.)
- tracking metrics through Google Analytics and reporting on this
- creation of branded collateral – brochures/flyers/case studies
- management of OpenAsset – a digital asset management tool
- manage the delivery or professional shoots of projects
- upkeep of staff CVs, staff skill setlists, and job posts
- manage the CRM
- responsible for internal marketing communication to the wider team and coordinating project update presentations
- manage all external events and conferences
- network with key contacts to establish new marketing leads for the business
- creation of all awards submissions – ensuring you are knowledgeable on all upcoming opportunities
- manage relationships with our memberships and liaise frequently
- create monthly marketing and digital reports
- coordinate all sponsorships and collaborations
PR:
- creation of press releases
- liaising with press contacts
- growing presence by seeking opportunities for features
- manage paid print advertising streams
Bids and proposals
- identifying bid opportunities and taking necessary actions
- delegating tasks if required and managing the completion of documents for all bids and proposals to meet submission deadlines
- creating RFP’s, bid documentation, questionnaires confidently and creatively
- manage existing frameworks and e-portals
- have a strong knowledge of current and historic projects and company information to assist in bid submissions

- can develop strong working relationships with confidence
- ability to multi-task
- ability to attend and deliver on client faced events confidently
- able to work with stakeholders of a senior level
- must be able to show digital ability when tasked with managing website, brochure creation and google analytics
- marketing focused degree would be beneficial
- experience in bid writing would be advantageous
- experience within architecture or the built environment would be advantageous
- previous use of Indesign, Photoshop would be useful
