Concept Culture is hiring a marketing and communications coordinator to join its team in London.

Our agency is growing, and we are expanding our team of creatives to deliver engaging branding and digital solutions for our clients in the built environment sector.
We have a couple of exciting ongoing projects, and we are looking for a talented marketing and communications coordinator to help deliver these projects and support our own marketing initiatives.
About us
Concept Culture is a specialist creative agency for the built environment sector. Our clients include architects, developers, sustainability consultants, and engineers. We are passionate about sharing stories of places and would love to work with creatives who are enthusiastic about architecture and design too.
About you:
- you are a creative marketeer with an eye for design and a passion for storytelling
- you have two to three years’ marketing or communications experience working in an agency or in-house (enthusiastic graduates are also welcome to apply)
- you have excellent copywriting skills and can write compelling content for websites, blogs, newsletters, social media and other marketing collateral
- you can create graphics for digital platforms and social media
- you are London/UK based, able to meet in person in London for team and client meetings
- you are outgoing and are comfortable in a client facing role
- a bonus – experience with video and/or or podcast editing
- you have experience with digital and design tools, such as:
- website editing (e.g. WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow)
- content scheduling (e.g. Buffer, Hootsuite, Later)
- graphic design (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator, Canva)
- project management (e.g. Asana, Trello)
- newsletter management (e.g. Mailchimp, ConvertKit)
- MS Office and Google Workspace
The role
Working closely with the Creative Director, you will be responsible for managing marketing and comms activities for select client accounts, as well as communicating Concept Culture’s work and brand values through our digital platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter).
Activities include:
- liaising with clients and our creative team to deliver high-quality marketing and communication collateral and campaigns
- tracking client project milestones and deliverables for campaigns
- collaborating with the creative director to create engaging branding and communication strategies
- implementing strategies for campaigns to raise brand awareness (i.e. web, newsletters, blogs, social media, events)
- creating content for presentations to aid client / new business meetings, bids, proposals, award submissions, events
- creating and publishing content for print, digital and social media
- updating our website content regularly with case studies and thought leadership blogs
- building our mailing list, crafting and publishing our newsletters
The specifics:
- part-time role for three to four days per week
- remote, with in-person team meetings in London
- immediate start
